Alice in Borderland season 1

Only eps 1,2,3,4

s1

1

Tokyo. Arisu spends his days playing video games, without even trying to find a job. Tired of his father and brother complaining, he leaves home to meet his friends, but Karube just lost his job because caught kissing the boss’ wife. Chota just gave some money to his mother, and now joins them to go get a drink. They play like idiots in the middle of the road, causing an accident so they run away from the police and hide in a train station’s bathroom. All of a sudden it all goes dark. And silent.

They go out and the place is deserted, the busy train station, the streets of Tokyo, all silent and without a soul in sight. Probably something they have never seen in their life. They look around: cars left on the road, food and drinks on the tables, still warm… they don’t know what’s happening, when suddenly a message appears giving them instructions. They follow the arrow to a building, where they are given a phone and they start the ‘game’. They are joined by a woman and a girl. The woman seems to know what is going on, and shows them that they can’t go back or they’ll die. The first part is choosing the right door to walk through, and the girl opens first, but it’s the wrong door and she dies, and now they get how serious it is.

Arisu is the one good at games, and figures out which door to open just in time. Chote gets his leg burnt because not fast enough to leave the room, but all in all they are ok.

Once outside the building, they find a card, 3♣︎, and discover they have three days of rest. They see a man, who is so tired of the ‘game’, says it never ends, and is just relieved that his last days of rest are over and he is instantly killed in front of them, just like the girl in the room, by a laser beam from up above. Now they know that they must keep playing the game if they want to live.

2

Since nothing electronic works anymore, Chota thinks maybe an electromagnetic weapon on the city did that. Saori tells them that she arrived here three days ago and already survived a game, the only one in that group. So, to her, people disappeared three days ago, to them only yesterday.

Chota’s leg hurts a lot, so Karube tells Arisu they should join a game just the two of them, to gather more information and skill and meet other people, so they’ll be able to help Chota in the next game and maybe even find a doctor. He can still rest, and Saori Shibuki stays with him, and gets close and has sex with him, probably to secure him on her side as an ally.

They enter a building, and eleven more people are there for the game. 5♠︎, and they learn that ♠︎ means physical game, ♣︎ is a group game?, ♦︎ I think means one to ponder on, and ♥︎ messes with your feelings. The number is how difficult it is.

This time the game is, escape the Oni and find the safe room, in that big apartment building. The Oni turns out to be a person with a big horse head and an automatic gun, who shoots anyone they see. Six people are shoot because they make any progress.

Other than the two friends, there’s an athletic girl, I’m sure we’ll see more of her, and there’s a guy with white hair who stays put until he figures out the solution, then joins Arisu at the door of the safe room, but there’s a second Oni in there so white-hair can’t help much. Arisu gets in but there are two buttons so he shouts for help and the girl gets there in time. White-hair gives her his stun-weapon so she can stun the Oni, then she and Arisu press the buttons stopping the bomb. At that point they win, and the two Oni lose, so they get killed. They were people forced to play, just like them (although, if the Oni had won, the bomb would have gone off and they would have died anyway, right?)

3

The next game is 7♥︎, a game of betrayal and feelings, and there are only four people, them. One plays the wolf, the other should hide, but the thing is, whoever is the wolf at the end wins, so at first Shibuki tricks them into looking at her, becoming the wolf, then she runs and Karube goes after her and they fight, but Chota stops her, then Arisu arrives and sort of accidentally becomes the new wolf and runs, telling them that they should work together and find a solution, but he can’t find one, and they all remember their great friendship, and when Arisu says he can’t find a way and gives up, and searches the place for them, they hide to let him win, and he keeps looking but sees Karube when it’s too late, and sees him die, and the others die too, hugging each other.

4

Yuzuha Usagi, the survivor-girl, remembers her father. She finds Arisu lying on the street, shocked and resigned, much like she was when her father didn’t come back from the mountains, and she helps him, brings him to her refuge. Tells him he helped her in the game they played together, the one with the Oni, so now she helps him. They go together to join a game; they enter a bus and there are three guys, they met in a game and became friends to help each other, and after four games together, Takuma is hurt at an ankle. The game is a 4♣︎, distance, they must reach the goal, and the phone reads distance 0, and Takuma is worried, if the game is running he can’t do it, so he tells his friends to go without him. Arisu (I think it was him) is puzzled because it looks more like a ♠︎game, physical, but he starts running like the others. After a while, they are attacked by a beast (something like a panther) and one of them, Seizan, is killed, but he also manages to kill it. Three keep running until Arisu finds a bike with fuel inside, so he tells the others he’ll go back, put fuel in the bus and drive back with Takuma. Usagi and the other guy, Yamane, wait at the end of the road, but right before the deadline, the wall behind them breaks letting through water, lots of it, so they run but the guy falls and is submerged. Usagi keeps running back, desperately, and she sees the bus going towards her, Arisu with his arm towards her, she runs to him and he pulls her inside the bus. Takuma turns the bus and it’s hit by the water and turns on its side. The three of them survive, and on the bus they read: goal. They were at their goal from the start, the distance was how distant from their goal they were. It was a brain game, not a physical game after all.

5

Arisu wants to find the ‘beach’, the one Karube heard about on a walkie talkie. He wants to find who runs the game and stop it.

The sound of magic - Annarasumanara - season 1

From time to time they burst into songs ^_^ It was rather nice ^_^ It’s a Korean series, and it has lovely moments. Sure, it’s a bit sad/scary that a girl so young should have such money problems and be left to fend for herself without anyone helping her, but she got unlucky father-wise, and I’m not sure how much better other tried solutions really are… :-/

1

Yoon Ah-yi is at her second year of high school. When she was little she lived with her father who wanted to enter the toys business, but apparently he went bankrupt and ran away because he owned lots of money, so she lives alone now, with her younger sister. She has no money, like at all, she’s in debt for the house rent, and she struggles to find money to buy food for the both of them. She doesn’t want anyone to know at school. An annoying girl finds out though, Ha-na.

(Her ‘cruel’ trick was rather weird, though. Leaving a banknote on the floor near her seat, and coming back later to ask for it. Ah-yi is ashamed that she took it and says nothing, but really, is it so weird that someone took money found on the floor? Well, I guess the point was that she didn't want to give it back...)

Ah-yi finds a job at a local market, and at first the owner seems such a nice man that she explains to him the situation hoping to get a month payment in advance to pay some rent, but after he gives her some money he starts touching her, she pushes him away and he gets angry, but the man from the luna-park appears to help her, and makes him vanish.

Girls talk about him, saying he’s a true wizard, but she stopped believing in magic a long time ago. Still, the man doesn’t come back, he’s totally disappeared.

Ah-yi has a classmate, Na Il-Deung, who sits next to her, and he’s the best student in school. He gets rather upset when he learns that she’s better than him at maths, but slowly he starts to be charmed by her, without her doing anything, mind you.

2

Ah-yi doesn’t even notice when the boy Il-deung tries to ask her out. He doesn’t know how to act so he convinces her to go to the library with him, and lends her his books to stall her and keep her there, but he acts rather like a prat in doing so… but he tries, and then he sort of blurts it out that they could go out together, but she’s worried about her situation and doesn’t know what to say, so he pretends it was a joke.

She’s worried about her boss, and doesn’t know what to think of the wizard. He seemed nice, but can he be, really, when he vanished a person?

The wizard follows her home the night that three man appear to ask her about her father, but she insists she doesn’t know where he is. The boss gets aggressive but the wizard stops him, and she’s so desperate she asks him to make them disappear. He… gives them fake money and what? lets them beat him up when they realise it’s actually fake? Anyway, afterwards he goes away, she tells him to not come back.

The annoying girl Ha-na saw Ah-yi coming out of the park. She goes there again with her friend to make a youtube video, and is not nice at all to the poor parrot there. He appears out of the blue but instead of shooing them away wants to prove them he’s a real wizard… while the friend is taping it all. It’s not all that convincing, and then he stops before we can learn if he would really stab her too while stabbing her shadow. He stops because Ha-na mentions that someone in her class disappeared, Seo Ha-yoon, and then speaks of Ah-yi. The wizard tells Ha-na to tell Ah-yi he is waiting for her. (Not a good move, come on).

Il-Deung is the son of a wealthy, important man and has to do good on his exams. Ha-na tells him Ah-yi goes with the wizard for money, she really can't stand the poor girl. When Ah-yi goes to the lunapark to complain to the wizard that he's putting her in a difficult situation, he tells her he likes her, and Il-Deung hears him, but goes away after that without waiting for more.

The wizard says she needs to talk to someone, and somehow sends all the messages that she wrote but never sent to her mother, only Ah-yi cries and yells that her mother is dead, and runs away. Actually, her mom left when she was a child.

Ha-na insists about Ah-yi and the wizard, and Il-Deung gets angry at her, but then he talks to Ah-yi alone, and tells her he'll pay her to make a few mistakes on the Maths test, so he'll be the absolute best in the school. Since she needs money...

3

Her little sister was giving up a school trip to save money, and Ah-yi feels sad and tells her to go, that she has the money... so she accepts Il-Deung's proposal, gets the money and throws it.

Ah-yi doesn't understand why he did it, he would have been the best student of the whole school anyway, but he tells her he also needs help with some homework, they have too much to do so he'll pay her if she does some of it for him... and of course she accepts, and they keep doing it.

Ah-yi goes back to the park, to learn magic from the wizard, and Il-Deung watches them and sees her smiling. He remembers Ha-na saying she goes there either for money or for love... after she leaves, they come face to face, but Il-Deung dislikes him and doesn't trust him, while the other is the usual magical him. Ri-eul is his name, says the parrot.

Il-Deung then talks to Ah-yi and learns that she knows nothing about him, not even his name or age. He forbids her to ever see him again, but she does meet him and asks him his name, then she goes away, but first sees a pregnant woman come to bring him food and eat with him.

Il-Deung shows up at their magic lessons, he's jealous that she likes it so much, but they spend time together.

The police keep investigating Ha-yoon disappearance.

Someone posted on the school forum a picture of Il-Deung giving Ah-yi money...

4

Ha-Na puts cameeeras at the park but he arrives and she stops, pretending she was just sneaking around.

Il-Deung’s mom looks around his room and finds cards, flowers, all things used in magic tricks, even the hat. She throws it all away and tells him it’s all wasted time, he should study for law school, but that’s not his dream, it’s his parents dream.

Ah-Yi’s dad is back, but he’s still in trouble, and the next morning he’s gone with all Ah-Yi’s money. When he calls, she tells it like it is, but nothing, he goes away alone and with her money.

Ah-Yi keeps talking to Ri-eul and is shocked to learn the police are looking for him.

Ha-Na saw something terrible on her camera and she gives the usb to Ah-Yi and Il-Deun, and it appears that Ri-eul fought someone and hurt him with a knife.

5

Ah-Yi doesn’t want to believe ill of Ri-eul. Ha-Na goes spying in the night and when he finds her she admits she’s looking for proof and shows him the video, and she almost gets strangled by him after knocking down the parrot’s cage.

The parrot is ok.

She escapes and tells Il-Deung all about it. Ah-Yi doesn’t want to believe it, it’s like he’s the only one she has.

Il-Deung’s mom is angry that he left during an exam saying he had a headache and he has again magic stuff in his room, he says he likes it, but she’s furious.

At night, a woman is robbed by the wizard from the luna-park. The police question her at school but she can’t believe it. Her perv of an ex boss reappears and accuses her of being the wizard’s accomplice. Il-Deung comes with an alibi, saying he was with the wizard that night. His father says he’ll suffer from getting involved, and everybody talks about him.

6

A runner found the body of Ha-Yoon.

Ha-Na tells the police about almost being strangled.

Ah-Yi goes to warn Ri-eul he should hide, but he’s crying because his parrot is ill. The police arrest him, Ryu Min-Hyuk. She tries to stop them, but he tells her to stop, that he didn’t do it and has no reason to run.

The detective tells her his story. Now 30, hel eft school and was put in a psychiatric hospital but 10 years ago he disappeared. 3 years ago he was investigated for a child disappearance, and has been more than once. Everybody thinks he’s crazy, and dangerous. Ah-Yi is scared they might be right but doesn’t want to believe it.

With Il-Deung, Ah-Yi calls the pregnant woman that gave her her number, asking to be called if something happened. She says they’re friends from school. She says Ryu was always brilliant, always the best, he got good grades to make his parents happy and was always sincere. She had a crush on him in first year, but in third year he was different, he was stressed out but kept studying too much, too hard,to be at his brother’s level, to make his academic parents happy. Until he snapped and jumped off the school roof following one of those brilliantly coloured butterflies.

The doctors saved him and he was put in a mental hospital until he was better.

This woman says Ryu could never have committed those crimes.

At that moment, Ryu vanishes from the interrogation room.

She goes on saying Ryu Min-hyuk wanted to remain a kid, never grow up to be like all those adults that trapped him.

Min-hyuk goes back to the luna-park, the police and Ah-yi find him there. He says he already told them everything, bu they won’t be satisfied until he confesses something he didn’t do.

When the cops take out their guns, Ah-Yi runs to him, believes in him. Then she “does magic” too, she makes him disappear…

The detectives find video footage that puts the blame on that perv, he tried to touch Ha-yoon too, she recorded him and he killed her, he went to plant evidence against the wizard, he was the man the wizard fought with a knife.

Il-Deung leaves school.

Time passes, Ah-yi’s dad finally found a job but she still has to work a lot. She works also as a magician for children.

End: the actors all sing together on stage :)

Gilmore girls- season 1

 In progress……

1. Pilot.

We meet everyone. Lorelei is working at the Inn. Suki is in the kitchen making a disaster and all the other cooks are trying to keep her alive. Lane has a ‘date’ at the Hayride-event, with a Korean guy “who’s going to be a doctor”., two things her mother likes. Rory is accepyed at the Chilton school and is really excited but then she meets Dean and feels sorry to leave the school where she could see him every day.

Lorelei has to pay a lot of money immediately or Rory won’t be able to go to Chilton and since she doesn’t have it she has only one option left. She asks her parents for money, but Emily has one condition: a weekly dinner and a weekly phone-call. Obviously she accepts. She has to.

The first dinner is a disaster, and Rory finds out what her mother had to do for her, so she drops any objections and will start at Chilton in two days. Well, it’s Friday night and she’ll start on Monday morning.

2. The Lorelais’ first day at Chilton.

Lorelei’s painting Rory’s toenails, up until Lane comes with a new cd :-p

Monday morning, the alarm clock didn’t work and Lorelei is late. (By the by, the dry cleaners open so early where she lives?).  It’s 7:15 already so she wears rodeo-clothing :-p “Inlook like that chick from the Dukes of Hazzard”. indeed.  Lorelei goes in to meet the headmaster and Emily’s there. Very embarrassing for Daisy/Lorelei :p

Rory gets a hard speech from the headmaster, the first professor gives her a lot to study and Paris is very aggressive and hostile.  Emily wants to buy Rory not only clothes but also a car, and she bought her a car-space and dsl.

A kid at Chilton keeps calling Rory ‘Mary’ *rollingeyes* . Rory breaks a big, incredible model/project made by Paris; she tries to help Paris, but instead they fight.

Lorelei makes a great speech to Emily, refusing all she wants to buy them.

Jackson tries to sell Suki some peaches, but she thinks they’re too watery…

In this episode Sean Gunn is Mick, the guy coming to install Dsl at Lorelei’s house only he won’t because she sends him off. Emily wanted it done while she was out, and told him where to find the key, only he couldn’t find it.

End of the school day: Rory needs a lot of hugging :) and the episode ends with Rory telling Lorelei that she can NOT date Luke

3. Kill me now.

At the Friday night dinner it is mentioned that Rory has to pick a sport, so Emily arranges for her to go to the golf club with Richard.  Rory and Richard actually have a good time together, and Lorelei is surprised, and freaks out. She asks herself if she was wrong in cutting Rory and her grandparents off like she did. Lorelei feels maybe a little left out too, but the situation is different of course.

Jackson brings Suki some blueberries instead of strawberries, then he gets jealous when he sees her about to buy strawberries from someone else and she runs after him down the street

This is the episode where there’s the big wedding at the Inn with the twin sisters marrying twin brothers, and the swans that scare Michel and all that stuff. Sean Gunn’s character doesn’t yet have a name, here he’s just “swan man”.

4. The deer hunters.

That kid at Chilton keeps hitting on Rory, so sure she should like him, hoe annoying and vain, I don’t like him at all. Then she got a D! Lorelei learns about it when she meets professor Max Medina. So mum and daughter study together, a lot, then she wakes up late, drives to school, and at a stop sign her car gets hit by a deer, and so she arrives late and is denied the chance to take the test and she loses it and screams in class, to Medina, to Paris, to Tristan. They call Lorelei and she makes a scene in front of Medina and the headmaster, calls him El Duce.

Suki is upset because a food critic described her risotto as “perfectly fine”; he used words like divine and religious experience for all the rest, but she can’t let go of that “fine”. It was her “magic risotto”. She finds the critic ands gives him a dish, the risotto of course, and a glass of the most appropriate wine, somhe can really appreciate it.

The episode ends with Medina calling at their house and talking over the machine and Lorelei is listening and smiling :)

5. Cinnamon’s wake.

6. Rory’s birthday parties.

7. Kiss and tell.

8. Love and war and snow.

9. Rory’s dance.

10. Forgiveness and stuff.

11. Paris is burning.

12. Double date.

13. Concert interruptus.

14. That damn Donna Reed.

15. Christopher returns.

16. Star-crossed lovers and other strangers.

17. The break-up, part 2.

18. The third Lorelai.

19. Emily in wonderland.

20. P.s. I lo…

21. Love, daisies and troubadours.

Rampage - 2018

in progress....

Not bad, quite entertaining, although I’m not too eager to watch it again because the scenes without animals are also a bit boring… but the scenes with George were adorable!!!

Though there is the question of why George didn’t become much much bigger… why was he smaller than the wolf? Different sample, maybe? But wasn’t it all the same research? Well, it’s the only explanation I’ve got…

Plot in details:

A company dealing in altering genetics sent some experiment to be analysed in space, but it got out of control and all the humans died. There was one survivor, but she was forced to try and save some samples of the experiment or they won’t allow her access to the escape pod; she manages three before fleeing, but her pod is damaged and she dies too, and the explosion scatters the three samples through the US. One gets eaten by a crocodile, one infects a wolf, and one infects our George.

George is a gorilla living in the wildlife Sanctuary of San Diego where Davis Okoye works, the expert on primates and also the one who ‘adopted’ him after some poachers bastards killed his mother.

Davis has been a soldier in many battles, survived a lot, and has learnt that humans always lie and look for something, always minding their own personal interest, and that animals are actually much much better.

He’s so very worried when George starts growing and growing and also becoming increasingly aggressive.

Thing is, soulless bastard Claire Wyden and her spineless, brainless brother Brett are responsible for this. They sent mercenaries after the wolf, but they all die.

Claire activates a signal that will make these genetically altered animals do whatever it takes to get to it and make it stop (they can hear it because the bat’s sonar is part of the genetic alteration)

Kate Caldwell used to work for Claire, but she hoped that her research could help her dying brother, while Claire only cared about money. Kate got fired, and when she tried to take away her own research, they had her arrested for theft and put in jail for a year.

Davis hoped Kate would help him cure George, but at least she figures out that they might be following the signal.

Hannibal season 3

missing episode:

1, 2, 4,12,13

ep 6, 9, 11 miss the ending.

3 - Secondo

Dr Bedelia tells Hannibal he will be caught but she’s not concerned about herself because she knows her way out of it too…

Will goes to Lithuania, looks around Hannibal’s home. There’s Micha Lecter’s grave there.

Hannibal dines with prof. Sogliato and Bedelia, wile all of a sudden he sticks an icepick into his head! She’s shocked and he simply sits down saying “I may have been impulsive” as his only excuse. She takes it off and he tells her that technically she killed him.

Jack tells an Italian cop that he’s not there for the monster, he’s there for Will.

At Lecter’s home Will finds a man kept behind bars, in a cell, and a woman with a rifle who tells him she’s never treat an animal like that. She keeps him there because Hannibal told her that the man killed Micha and ate her. She asks Will why he’s looking for Hannibal: “I’ve never known myself as well as I know myself when I’m with him”.

Bedelia asks Hannibal why he can’t go home, what happened to him there. “Nothing happened to me, I happened” and she asks him “how did your sister taste?”

Will frees the prisoner, but he goes back and tries to kill her, so she kills him. She tells Will she’ll help him find Hannibal now because she has no more reason to stay there.

Hannibal tells Bedelia he forgave his sister (and we know how it went) so she says “if past behaviour is an indicator of future behaviour, there is only one way you will forgive Will Graham”

“I have to eat him”

5 - Contorno

Alana has found out where Bedelia shops for Hannibal, buying tartufi bianchi.

The Japanese woman Chiyoh tells Will “if you don’t kill him you are afraid you are going to become him” - “yes”. She tells him she knows Hannibal is in Florence, then throws him off the train.

Inspector Pazzi questions Hannibal about “his predecessor” and about prof. Sogliato, then he calls someone using a payphone asking for a reward for his whereabouts. Pazzi tries to collect Hannibal’s fingerprints to get the reward, but Hannibal kills him, of course. When Hannibal cuts him open and hangs him out the palace, Jack sees him, goes in and they fight. Jack beats him badly but then Hannibal walks away (I understand the anger, but how did Jack think of fighting with bare hands after last time?(

6 - Dolce

Bedelia washes Hannibal’s blood and patches him up, then packs his bags and says he’ll go alone and she’ll stay and also that she knows he’ll eat her one day, “but not today”.

Chiyoh meets Bedelia at her house, right before Jack and Will go see her. She lives there as Lidia Fell, wife of doctor Fell.

Instead of running, Hannibal is at the Uffizi drawing Botticelli with Will and Bedelia’s faces, when Will walks in to talk to him. They talk and walk out together, when the woman shoots Will in the shoulder before he can stab Hannibal. Hannibal tells him that she has always been very protective of him, before drugging him…

Alana has sex with Margot.

7 - Digestivo

The bounty hunters come to take Hannibal and Will away, then Chiyoh kills the two of them who were about to cut Jack open and asks him where they’ll take Hannibal. Maryland, Mason’s farm. Mason tells them he plans to wear Will’s face while eating Hannibal. Will bites a bit of the cook’s face off. Alana tells Hannibal that she wanted to protect Will from him but that now he’s the only one that can save him, makes him promise and then frees him. Hannibal tells her to take some of his hair so when Margo will kill Mason she’ll be able to blame it on him.

Margo and Alana find that Mason had put her uterus into a pig and he died.

Hannibal kills the cook, saves Will and takes him away in his arms, while Chiyoh covers for him…

Alana tells Mason that Hannibal escaped, but before that he took his sperm for them, so there will be an heir and Margo won’t lose everything, then they kill him together. Finally Chiyoh and Hannibal meet and he asks her if she’ll watch over him and she says she will. He admits to her that he ate Mischa, but tells her he didn’t kill her.

When he wakes up in his home, Will says “I miss my dogs but I’m not gonna find you, I’m not going to look for you, I don’t wanna know where you are or what you do, I don’t want to think about you anymore” and “I don’t have your appetite. Goodbye Hannibal” so Hannibal walks out and away. When Jack arrives Will says that he’s not here, but then Hannibal walks towards them, hands in the air: “I’m here Jack, you finally caught the Chesapeake ripper”. He surrenders! He really couldn’t have Will forget about him or totally ignoring him, could he?

“I want you to know exactly where I am, and where you can always find me.” This scene was great.

8 - The great red dragon

Three years later. Alana talks to Hannibal: “you’re officially insane” - “do you still prefer beer to wine?” - “I stopped drinking beer when I found out what you were putting in mine” - “who.”

He avoided an execution because he was declared insane. Chilton talks with Hannibal of another killer that he calls “the tooth fairy”, who kills entire families in their homes. Alana has his job now it seems, and tells Chilton “we lied. you wrote a book of lies”, and he tells her “I will be cautious” :p yeah, right.

Will lives with Molly and Walter and he doesn’t want to work for Jack anymore, but Jack goes to him anyway. Will tells her “if I go I’ll be different when I get back” - “I won’t”

Hannibal writes to Will advising him not to go, and including a piece of newspaper about the killings, so of course he goes, and also visits Hannibal to talk about it, like Hannibal probably knew he would.

9 - …and the woman clothed with the sun

Will asks Hannibal’s help and Hannibal tells him “you are family, Will”. We see back when Abigail asked Hannibal how many had he killed and if he’ll kill her, and we see Hannibal staging her death: taking her blood and throwing it around with her as if she’d been stabbed (that was before he killed her for real though?)

Alana tells Will she’s still with Margo and that she herself carried the baby, a son, the heir.

Alana tells Hannibal she knows what he’s afraid of: indignity, and threatens him with it.

Freddie called Hannibal and Will “murder husbands”.

The fairy/dragon thinks he’s disfigured. He meets a blind woman.

10 - …and the woman clothed in sun

Fairy/dragon calls Hannibal pretending to be his lawyer, and tells him he knew he’d understand, and that he’s becoming the big red dragon.

Bedelia gives a lecture about Hannibal and her “journey to damnation” that “began when I was swallowed by the beasts”.

Dragon has the blind girl touch a tiger. He’s still worried she might touch his face and understand what he is, but then she kisses him and they go all the way.

We see the guy “there’s something wrong with doctor Lecter” and “he did something to me.” (Zachary Quinto)

Molly is Will’s wife.

Hannibal referred him to her, because “you’re just as twisted as he is” He didn’t attack her, he choked by himself… so what did she do? why did she say she killed him?what was all that fists in throat stuff?

Dragon and Will go to see Blake’s dragon painting, and when he attacks him Will understands it’s him.

11 - …and the beast from the sea

Hannibal manipulates Dragon into killing Will’s family. He starts watching them and record the and poisons the dogs. When Will speaks to Hannibal he says “they’re not my family Will, and I’m not letting them die, you are”.

Molly hears him coming and tries to run away, saving her son, but she gets hit. Now Alana and Jack know that Hannibal has been talking to Dragon and want him to help.

Dragon tells the girl he can’t be with her because he’s afraid he might hurt her, so she tells him to leave. He calls Hannibal.

Law and Order Special Victims Unit season 17

In progress.

eps missing:

5 - Community policing

A family is assaulted, the wife and their 12yo daughter are raped. They start a manhunt, they think they found the right guy and the police shoot him: Terence Reynolds. The boy dies, and he was not the rapist. Barba wants to pursue the cops who emptied their guns on Terence. He was shot 35 times. Liv and all the cops are on the detectives side, but Barba goes against them anyway. Liv keeps saying that they followed police procedures.

Declan meets Rollins, back from a long mission, and she admits that he is the father.

7 - Patrimonial burden

At her virtue-ball, a 13yo gir faints, it turns out she’s three months pregnant. They suspect the cameraman who follows them around for their show, and the girl’s older brother, but then they point to the family’s priest. The family agreed to him marrying the girl, not knowing he’s really the father. Mom is beyond shocked when she learns the truth, and he’s arrested. He’ll plead guilty. There’s talk of Barba, but he’s not in this episode.

Dodds is still adjusting to the team. Rollins is taken to the hospital, after 8 and a half months she was still working. She needs to stay there and Carisi is good at comforting her.

8 - Melancholy pursuit

Noah is almost 2. Liv loses him at the part and freaks out, but she finds him.

A young girl goes missing and then is found dead and Dodds is troubled by it. The Me helps with a partial dna match, like a half-brother, and they start a long search, because apparently this Ray guy left sons everywhere, and his wife never knew.Ultimately they find the right one.

9 - Depravity standard

A man confessed to Benson to kidnapping a child and having killed others. He agrees to plead guilty but then in front of the judge he says that he's innocent, that Barba and Benson were yelling at him, that she put words in his mouth, so there will be a trial. They don't have enough evidence for the murders but the mother of the kidnapped child refuses to make him testify.

Carisi is going to law school and asks Barba to let him be his shadow in court.

Wong testifies for the defence. Rollins is in the hospital, Finn stays with her.

After six days the jury has no verdict. They reach a deal of eight years but then the defence lawyer learned that the jury reached a deadlock and pulled back. It's a mistrial, but Wyatt's mother says that after speaking to her husband and son they have decided to go to trial.

It ends with: complications with Rollins pregnancy.

10 - Catfishing teacher

(No Barba, this ep’s counsellor is Robert Sean Leonard)

Carisi and Rollins with the baby. She’s on maternity leave and he’s really good with the baby.

A female teacher has sex with students, and a 15 yo boy is now missing. He is found in the wrestling coach cabin, in his bed. A young man who was once in his team refuses to testify but then kidnaps the coach and tortures him to get a confession. When they go to him, he dies on his way to the hospital. The guy will now be tried for murder.

11 - Townhouse incident

Liv's babysitter is worried about a woman. When Liv checks it out she ends up in a bad situation. Two guys and a woman are terrorising a family and beating up the husband to get money, but they don't have it at home. The daughter is raped. Lucy goes to Carisi and they get worried and go check. Roxie's brother Ralph is sent to the bank with the wife, and gets caught there. Liv calls Tucker to handle the negotiation. Barba shows up to talk to Ralph, not even looking at Tucker. Dodds and another cop get in in their underwear to get the husband out. Liv tells Roxie to surrender, and when she goes out to check the car for Joe, she's too scared to go back in and knees down surrendering. Liv tells Joe to put a gun to her head and he'll be safe. They walk out together and she convinces him that he only needs her, so the kids run to safety. Now alone with him, she manages to hit him so a sniper can kill him. Liv thanks Tucker and they take her away.

12 - A misunderstanding

Liv talks to her psychiatrist again. Rollins takes her baby child to the station. Rita comes to Liv with a case: she's representing the victim, this time, a 15yo girl who went to a party with an 18yo boy and was raped. The boy seems really surprised. Buchanan represents him, which means it'll get ugly, I'm sure. Barba is lovely and funny :)

The case is weak, the parents are fighting more than the kids. Barba tries to make a minor deal for misconduct. Rita helps him with the girl's parents, but the boy's family refuses. Liv talks to Barba, tells him he did a good job, that the world needs new rules on sexual conduct for teenagers. The verdict is: not guilty on attempted rape, but guilty on the sexual misconduct. Both the kids are sorry but the families keep fighting.

13 - Forty-one witnesses

Rollins is back from maternity leave.

A drug addict girl is raped in a courtyard, lots of windows looking down at the place but nobody did anything or came forward. Nobody saw anything... but a girl who saw the three guys exit a café with her made a video, so they know their faces. They find them, but the evidence in trial is not conclusive. The victim doesn't remember, and nobody actually saw the rape. Carisi understands that a guy, struggling with alcoholism, lied to him. He's a friend of the girl, but when he saw it he froze and got drunk instead of calling 911. Now he makes amends by testifying, but he shows up drunk. Despite that, he is a good witness, and to prove his credibility, his memory, Barba tries making him repeat the question that were just asked and also describe the jury with his eyes closed. He convinces the jury. Liv is impressed :)

At the end, we see Liv drink red wine at home, alone... she drinks a lot, doesn't she?

14 - Nationwide manhunt

Greg Yates want to talk to Rollins in exchange for names of unidentified victims. He asks to be transferred to Dr Rudnick block, but when Liv and Barba go to see him he's nowhere to be found. He escaped with the doctor, Carl Rudnick. Already two men have been killed. Rudnick had help from the same redhead woman that helped William Lewis escape! Lindsay and another one from Chicago PD come to help. Yates is on a killing spree, Rudnick is found badly injured. Dodds is shot and Lindsay goes after Yates alone.

15 - Collateral damages

Using a girl still at the police academy but looking a lot younger as bait, they arrest an ex boxe champion. To avoid jail, he helps them take down other people who watch and distribute child pornography videos. They are shocked when they see that one of these people is Deputy Commissioner Hank. His wife Pippa never suspected a thing.

(I liked this actress, she's good)

He tries to find a way to come out clean, but there isn't one. At the end, he'll plead guilty.

There is Barba in this episode, yes.

16 - Star-struck victims

A girl says that famous actor Bobby D'Amico and his friend raped her, but Dodds senior is friends wiwth Bobby and doesn't believe her, and Barba doesn't have enough evidence. She's a vlogger, and she posts online the whole story. She changes it a bit, keeps the video online saying her 'followers' want to know, she kept dancing like nothing happened after the rape... she's definitely not a credible witness. At the trial, Buchanan makes it look like she lied to have more views... Barba has a big strategy to try and trap them but Buchanan knows he's winning so he doesn't call them to testify. Barba is defeated. The verdict is not guilty.

I like Barba :)

Rollins went undercover without authorization, not knowing yet the two guys had already lawyered up, so her video of them attempting to rape her was not allowed in court. At the end, it's shown on the news.

Liv thinks Rollins leaked it out, but it was Dodds Jr.

17 - Manhattan transfer

A tip leads Svu to bust a party where underage girls are trafficked, raped, given to other men. The place was full with important people: judges, lawyers, rich people, and also two cops who claimed to be undercover and a nun who infiltrated to save the girls. Sister Nina tells Liv that those cops were raping girls. Since all the girls come from the same school, Tucker goes to talk to his cousin Eugene who is a priest there. Right after that their witness Cara is killed and Nina becomes paranoid and terrified when she sees Liv with Eugene's cousin, and goes away.

Tucker confronts Eugene, so later the Church's monsignore goes to Barba to make charges against Tucker, claiming that he knew and was an active part of a girls trafficking thing. When Barba talks to Liv, she defends Tucker: "you're wrong about him!" Barba is confused, Svu and Tucker were never friends, as far as he knew: "he went after each and every one of you" but Liv strongly defends him: "he had to be relentless". Barba understands, asks her if they are involved: "don't ask me that" and he's hurt that she never told him: "we're done talking".

He has to start an investigation on Tucker and the episode ends with Liv removed from her job, and young Dodds temporarily on her place.

Why does Liv like the macho-type so much? Elliott, Cassidy, Tucker... she sounded proud when she yelled at Barba that Tucker almost bit Eugene's head off...

18 - Unholiest alliance

The dirty cops and the priests, they all implicate Tucker. Nina runs away scared but is found, raped and killed. A girl saw it all and was almost Od'ed, but survived and told her story. It seems like there's nothing to be done. The team sort of blackmails the judge found at that party into procuring them warrants for the priests finances, and they discover that Eugene had a kinky relationship with a young man, and that Monsignor knew about it: that's what he used to blackmail Eugene into procuring them vulnerable girls.

Carisi is a catholic and makes a last attempt to appeal to Eugene's belief. He gets thru to him and Eugene tells them when they can find all the paper-trail on the traffic. The monsignor, a bishop and at least one priest, Nina's murderer, were raping girls, blackmailing them into silence and pimping them out to powerful people who would use their influence to favour their church. With that evidence, they now have a good case. They get everyone but the bishop, protected by the Church and sent far away. Tucker and Liv have their job back.

19 - Sheltered outcasts

Carisi goes undercover at a sex offenders shelter. Three women are raped, and the shelter therapist who cared about them is killed. They find one rapist, but not the second one, the murderer. By chance, the victim and a guy's lawyer are at the station at the same time, and she recognises his voice. The lawyer knew that they would get the blame, but they get him.

Carisi got beaten by a victim's father. He is also upset by the way those guys life is ruined after they are put on the list... just a curiosity, there is no list for murderers or thieves who get out of jail, why is that the only list given to the public is that of sex offenders? (with an almost criminal lack of details, I'd add.)

No Barba in this one.

20 - Fashionable crimes

Carisi takes pictures of Olivia and Amanda with their kids: lovely.

A photographer (Fisher Stevens) rapes a girl while his assistant Maura took pictures. He's the bad brother of a famous fashion designer. He did the same to many other girls, but nobody would testify against Alvin because he's powerful and they'd never work again.

Her boyfriend is very jealous and manipulative and he convinces her not to testify. In exchange, he got money from the rich brother.

The first suspect is the boyfriend, but it was his brother that killed him, tired of cleaning up his messes. When he confesses under pressure, his wife confesses too trying to protect him.

Liv goes home to see Noah and Munch who was babysitting him. "Turns out there's more to life than Svu". With Noah now Liv knows that too.

21 - Assaulting reality

Liv and Tucker are at a bar asking for the tv to be turned off: "who actually watches this show?"... well, Rollins with popcorns while Carisi handles the baby girl.

It's 'Heart's desire', where a man chooses a girl. Melanie is shown a clip of her 'having sex' when she cries that she'd never do that, and "did Ryan rape me?"

Rollins brings the case to Liv, and they investigate. The executive producers fill them with lies and misdirections. Jeffrey and Regina Prince blame it all on Lizzy, if Graham raped Melanie. They filmed it all, and aired a special making it look like they were the heroes who uncovered the truth; Liv and Barba have Lizzy bugged before talking to the Princes. There will be no trial, Graham pleads guilty and will make a deal.

22 - Intersecting lives

Carisi passed the bar, Dodds will join terrorism next week. Fin's son has a case for him. The boy and his boyfriend will have a son.

A prison warden rapes girls in prison, constantly. Inside and outside the prison. They make up a cover to investigate Ryker's. They have the other girls raped by Munson out of prison, but they don't want to testify against him, he has power over them.

(A girl calls Rollins : Elsa :p )

They're too afraid, and with reason. Munson is arrested and after the arraignment Barba calls Liv and Dodds: "I'll need you to walk me out of here"

Outside, a guy threatens him. He acts cool: "right here in front of these people?" and "here's my home address, you come by any time you want" bus as soon as the guy walks away he's all shaken up and tells Liv. "This is just the beginning" are his last words.

23 - Heartfelt passages

That same guy threatens Barba again and he wants him arrested. Barba tells Carisi and Rollins he's been getting threats all year, after the case of the three cops who shot Terence Reynolds. As the one she can trust, Rollins calls Benson, but she has her hands full:

Now that Gary Munson's wife has done some texts, she believes it and wants a divorce, and asks Liv's help because she's scared. They throw a 'good luck party' for Dodds at the station when she calls Liv and Dodds goes with her. Liv takes the children outside, Dodds is inside when Munson pulls his gun out and takes his wife hostage. Munson only wants her but Dodds can't leave because he'll kill her.

When they hear a gunshot, they burst in, Dodds has been shot. At the hospital, it seems he might recover, his dad speaks to him and also his fiancee Alice, but he needs emergency surgery again, he doesn't really make it. His heart's still beating but he's gone neurologically. They all attend his funeral, Barba too.

Benson tells them of that video that Dodds leaked out. Carisi tells Barba they're looking for that guy and he says: "I'm not worried, not in here", then after he'll pick him at a line up: "he looks smaller in there".

He was paid 250$ every time he talked to Barba, who says "250, that's it? I should be offended"

Carisi is still thinking about being a DA. "There's a opening in Brooklyn" but of course he can't leave now.

"How's Liv doing?" - "She's taking it hard"

Liv talks to the doctor again.

Tucker tells her he requested transfer to hostage negotiation, he's leaving Iab. "We have a good thing going here, the three of us" - "yeah, we do"

Tucker asks her to go to Paris, they kiss and walk away with Noah.
