1 - The one after Ross says Rachel

The wedding goes on. Emily’s pissed off of course. 

Chandler and Monica blame their thing on being away in London, so while they are in London, they can keep doing it. They try but are constantly interrupted, so they get on the flight back before they have the chance. They try on the plane too, but Joey stops them. So they arrive home without the chance to do it again, but that night meant a lot to both of them, and both liked it a lot, so they do it again anyway.

Emily won’t even talk to him, and Ross waits for her at the airport for her to go on their honeymoon, but he sees no Emily and meets Rachel instead (she didn’t have a ticket back so had to wait for an available plane) and after they talk Ross tells her to go with him to Greece, so Rachel boards the plane, then Ross sees Emily watching them and running away and he runs after her.

2 - The one with all the kissing

Monica and Chandler’s thing goes on (soooo cute, they’re adorable). They have a hard time keeping it from everyone else though, but they try hard. That’s where the title is explained, because he kissed Monica before going to work, so to cover it up he kissed the other girls too, pretending it’s his new thing.

Rachel comes back. She hated being there alone but she tells Ross she’s fine. She hasn’t given up on the idea of telling him she still loves him, but Monica tries to stop her. Rachel can’t think of anything else so she tells him, but the thing remains that he is married to Emily, even if she doesn’t talk to him.

Phoebe feels left out since they all talk about London, so they plan a trip to Atlantic City, but then her water breaks so they can’t go.

3 - The one hundredth

Monica and Chandler steal every moment they can to be together.

Phoebe is at the hospital, with a doctor that keeps mentioning Fonzie. Phoebe doesn’t want him, and also makes another doctor cry. Phoebe is hard to manage, and tells Rachel she wants to keep one of the babies. The babies are born, Frank Jr Jr, then Leslie, and then it’s baby Chandler’s time, but it’s a girl. Giving away the babies is really really hard now.

Rachel gets a date with two cute nurses, and Monica doesn’t want to but doesn’t have a good excuse. Chandler tries to play it cool telling her it’s fine, but she takes it badly. He sort of apologises and they are okay again. 

Joey has kidney stones. 

4 - The one where Phoebe hates PBS

Joey has a job on tv as a cohost for a charity thing, and he starts arguing with Phoebe about not existing good deeds that are totally unselfish. It turns out he’s not a host, but has to answer the phone.

Emily is willing to work on their marriage, but in London. She agrees that he can’t leave his son behind, but then there’s the problem of Rachel, of course Emily doesn’t want him to see her anymore.

Monica tells Rachel that her secret boyfriend is the best sex she ever had, and when he hears it Chandler is so annoying that she gets upset, but then he talks to her and makes it good =^_^=

5 - The one with the kips

Chandler and Monica want a weekend away together, tired of sneaking around. They go, but then they argue. He wants to watch a police chase  on tv and she insists on switching rooms many times. They fight and Chandler thinks it’s over, but she tells him it was just a fight. From their comments, Joey figures it out, and promise not to tell anyone. 

Ross tells Rachel he promised to not see her again, and she fears she’ll be phased out of the group.

6 - The one with the yeti

Phoebe is given a family heirloom, a fur coat. She hates it at first but then she tries it on and loves it. She wears it for a while until the guilt takes over and she gives it away.

Ross is giving away all of his stuff because Emily told him to. Then she wants him to move to a new apartment. Joey confronts him saying that Emily is unreasonable and Ross gets upset. Rachel tries to stay away from Ross but Joey flips out so they stay all together. When he tells Emily she gets mad, afraid he can’t stay away from her, so they realise that she cannot trust him and their marriage will never work.

Monica and Rachel fog a mysterious man in the basement, thinking him a yeti or something, and Joey tells them it was Danny, the new guy in the building. They go to apologise and he simply says ‘okay’. Next time they meet he says she judges by appearances, then they go out together.

7 - The one where Ross moves in

Ross is without apartment because he moved into a new one from a cousin of Emily who now kicked him out. He goes to stay with the boys. Not even a day and they’re fed up already. They want him to find a new place, so he understands he isn’t welcome. They fee bad and have him back.

Phoebe goes out with Larry, a restaurant health inspector.

Rachel thinks that Danny is being distant because he likes her. He hasn’t called, and only invites her to his party at the last minute, so she says no. When she shows up though, he introduces her to one of his friends.

8 - The one with all the Thanksgiving

Just after Thanksgiving. Chandler remembers again the thanksgiving where he was a child and his father turned out to be gay and divorced his mother.

Then they recall in 1992 Joey got the turkey stuck on is head. But that was not Monica’s worst thanksgiving, it was when she was young and big and Ross’ roommate Chandler and Monica’s friend Rachel came home. Rachel was on and off with Chip at the time. Monica heard Chandler speak about her as Ross’ fat sister. Her worst thanksgiving though was the next year, in ’88, where Rachel already had a new nose, and Monica was all slim and beautiful and Ross was going out with Carol. Monica wanted to humiliate Chandler in revenge for calling her fat, so she tried to flirt with him (very awkwardly, she was still a virgin) and she accidentally stabbed his food with a knife, and his toe was severed. Monica brought a carrot instead of his toe, so they could not attach it back. People made fun of him a whole year because of that.

To make him forgive her, she puts her head in a turkey with a hat and glasses and did a little dance, and he said “You’re so great, I love you”

9 - The one with Ross’s sandwich

Joey has a lot to endure to help Monica and Chandler keep their relationship a secret. It’s going too far and he’s sick of it, of looking like a pervert, so he turns it all on Monica, saying she kept his underwear and tried to entice him back since they slept in London.

Phoebe joins a book course (she speaks of Wuthering Heights as a tragic love story between Cathy and Heathcliff, which I don’t get, really, I read the book and it was a series of psychological torture, is what it was, not love at all, come on).

Rachel joins her, but the first day she didn’t read the book and simply stole Phoebe’s analysis. Next time, Phoebe tells her Jane Eyre was a robot, because Rachel kept not reading the books, not taking the class seriously. She only wanted to have fun, but Phoebe wanted to learn. 

Someone at work stole Ross’ sandwich, so Phoebe wrote him a badass note to leave there to scare people off and it worked. When he learns who ate it, he loses his head, so they send him to a psychiatrist. He has to take time off work, and has pills against rage.

10 - The one with the inappropriate sister

Rachel keeps going on about Danny so Monica get her a date with him. She is shocked to see him wrestling and playing with his sister. They are so ‘close’ , really too much for comfort.

Phoebe is trying to collect charity money with a bucket but people are disrespecting so she gets aggressive.

Ross tries to get Joey to write his own play.

11 - The one with all the resolutions

It’s New Year 1999, and Joey manages to help Chandler and Monica kiss at the party.

Their resolutions: Joey wants to learn guitar. Chandler is dared to not make fun of his friends. He gives up at the end of the ep. 

Rachel has to stop gossiping. Ross wants to start new things.

Phoebe doesn’t even know the name of the chords, the one time Joey really wanted to learn something she is a terrible teacher.

Rachel learns about Monica and Chandler but is not supposed to be gossiping. Still, Rachel and Joey find out that the other knows, so now they can talk about it.

Ross wears leather pants on a date. He gets too hot and takes them off in the bathroom, but then he’s too moist to put them back on. He tries adding powder and then lotion on top, it’s quite disgusting.

12 - The one with Chandler’s work laugh

Chandler go to his work party with Monica, and she learns he has a fake ‘work laugh’. They are both invited to play tennis with the boss and his wife, but Monica always wants to win, while Chandler wants to let his boss win. He manages to do that, and she’s upset at how different he is around them. He starts being himself and the boss frowns so she helps him get back like before.

Rachel is upset that Monica won’t tell her herself about her relationship.

Emily is getting remarried. Ross is upset, he stays out all night and comes back in the morning, with Janice, and he wants to see her again because they have a lot in common. He talks and whines so much that she’s fed up with it and she’s the one to break up with him.

Rachel tells Monica that she knows, and Monica pretends it’s not like that. Then Monica keeps lying so Rachel tries to sneak up on them and hears them say how they are not ready, and how fondly Monica thinks of her, so now she accepts her silly excuses without problem.

13 - The one with Joey’s bag

Chandler is apparently good at giving massages, but Monica is not, she’s terrible. When Phoebe tells her it hurts, Chandler has to admit to the same. It makes it good though.

Phoebe’s grandma dies. Frank Buffay shows up but hurries away immediately. She meets him again later, and he didn’t even know that Lily was dead. It was sweet though when he sort of sang to her the lullaby he made up for her when she was a baby, the same tune as Smelly Cat.

Rachel gives Joey new clothes to look sophisticated for a new part, and she gives him a bag too. Of course everyone makes fun of him, because this is that kind of judgemental shitty world. Still, to be fair, if he doesn’t get the part is simply because he’s an idiot and instead of doing his audition as he should, he starts talking about the bad as if he was a salesman.

14 - The one where everybody finds out

Ugly naked guy is moving, so Ross wants to take his apartment. Rachel and Phoebe go with him to check it out, and looking through the window Phoebe sees Monica and Chandler together. Phoebe wants to have some fun at their expense so Phoebe starts flirting with Chandler. Monica realises that she knows and wants to up the game. 

The seduction game goes to the point where Chandler and Phoebe kiss, but then he yields and says he can’t do it because he’s in love with Monica, and they say I love you to each other, and ask the others not to tell Ross who still doesn’t know.

Ross tries everything he can to win over ugly naked guy to get his apartment, and at the end he bonds with him by being naked like him in his apartment, so he gets it. By the end of the ep, he sees Monica and Chandler together through the window, like Phoebe did.

15 - The one with the girl who hits Joey

Ross runs to stop Chandler and Monica, but then they tell him they are in love so he is okay with it. 

Joey’s new girlfriend Katie is much shorter than him, but she keeps punching him (in a joking way, but still it hurts). At the end, Katie meets Rachel and they hit each other until Rachel kicks her, and Joey refuses to stand up for her so she leaves him and he doesn’t have to break up with her.

Ross just moved in, and the other people living in the building are giving a goodbye party for the retiring handyman Howard and want him to put 100$ like everyone else. 

(how ridiculous that he plays the cheap in this while it is totally absurd to ask him money while he isn’t yet settled in).

Phoebe gave the 100$ even if she doesn’t live there.

Chandler starts to realise that Monica is probably already thinking of marriage and babies and he freaks out, so she gets mad at him. She tells him that if he’s so afraid of being in a real relationship then he shouldn’t be in one. The only thing he can figure out to make peace is to ask her to marry him, but she knows he’s doing it in a rush of panic, so they make up without getting engaged.

The guys make fun of him until Ross makes the joke to Rachel and it’s not funny anymore.

16 - The one with the cop

Joey sees Chandler and Monica doing crosswords together, all snuggled against each other and so so cute, and he dreams of being in Chandler’s place so now he’s all awkward around her. When confronted, he tells the dream. 

Ross buys a new couch, but the delivery costs so much he decides to bring it home himself, with Rachel’s help. They arrive at the building alright but then they have to bring it up the stairs. Rachel brings Chandler to help, but the couch gets stuck and they have to cut it in half.

Phoebe finds a cop’s wallet and starts using it to scare off people who do wrong things, until the cop busts her. Later, he stops by her place (Monica’s place, her last known address) and asks her out.

17 - The one with Rachel’s inadvertent kiss

Rachel has a job interview at Ralph Lauren. The interview went well but at the end she accidentally kiss him on the check, so when she’s called for a second interview she thinks it’s because of it, but then he hires her anyway.

Joey sees a pretty girl from the window in Ross’ building, but can’t find her door, and always keep knocking on Ross’ door. Then Ross is the one to take this Jen girl out.

Phoebe keeps going out with cop Gary, it’s only a week and they are all over each other, and Monica feels competitive, insisting they are still a hot couple, so she rushes Chandler into a sex marathon to prove they are the hottest couple. But then at dinner she hears that Phoebe and Gary did it in the park, so she wants to do it with Chandler in the restaurant’s men bathroom. Chandler explains to her how it is even better where they are now in their relationship, so she finally calms down.

18 - The one where Rachel smokes

Ben is going to be in a commercial. Both Ben and Joey audition for the commercial, but since they look nothing like each other, it will be either Ben or Joey who gets the part. Joey can’t even say “mmm soup” though.

Rachel’s boss and coworker always take a break outside to smoke while Rachel stays inside - because of course she is against smoking like a good little girl, and can’t even be outside in the open talking to them while they smoke. She smokes too to talk to them, and then Monica won’t sit near her saying she stinks. Rachel tries to make the other two women quit smoking, and they try, but then smoke again.

Monica and Phoebe throw a surprise birthday party for Rachel a month before the due date, and since Monica thought of everything and only left Phoebe in charge of cups and ice, Phoebe went all out with cups and ice, and everybody loved her sno-cones.

19 - The one where Ross can’t flirt

It’s Monica and Chandler’s ten months anniversary. She’s supposed to wear the earrings he gave her, but Monica lent them to Phoebe and she gave them to Rachel, who lost one.

Chandler jokes with the pizza delivery girl, Caitlin, and Ross is upset, since he wants to go out with the girl himself. Ross is terrible at flirting though. Really terrible, the worst ever, Chandler is a champion against him. When he ends up talking to the girl about gas he realises how bad he is. Rachel runs after her, explains and speaks so highly of Ross that she gives her phone number.

Joey has a role in Law and Order and his Italian grandma comes to watch it with them all. Phoebe is the only one who can speak two Italian words to her.

20 - The one with the ride along

The guys want to go on a ride-along with Gary. There’s a loud noise and Joey throws himself over Ross, and they think he tried to save him - and not Chandler. Chandler is upset until Joey tells him that he was trying to protect his sandwich. The greatest sandwich in the world, to him.

Rachel enters Ross’ place to get stuff for Monica, and hears Emily’s call (she’s supposed to get remarried the next day). Rachel has Monica hears that. Monica wants to erase it. Rachel doesn’t want to, actually thought she sounded sincere, but she accidentally erases it nonetheless. When he comes home, Rachel tells him about Emily’s message, then talks him out of calling her.

21 - The one with the ball

Gary tells Monica he is going to ask Phoebe to move in with him, but it’s so soon, she asks Chandler to talk to him and make him scared of commitment as he is. Gary asks her the same and she says yes, because he looked so sad when she said no. Then they talk about it and she seems to really want to live with him now. But then they wake up together and he shoots a bird, so they are over.

Ross and Joey throws a ball back and forth in Monica’s apartment

Rachel pays 1000$ on a sphinx cat. Her grandma had a sweet one when she was little, but this one keeps hissing and scratching her. She wants to give him away but also wants her money back, and eventually she sells it to Gunther, even making a profit.

22 - The one with Joey’s big break

Rachel has to see an eye-doctor. She has to take drops so they all wrestle her to the ground to put the drops in her eye.

Joey has a part in a movie, in Vegas, so he drives there with Chandler. It’s an independent movie and Joey doesn’t even get paid, but he gets really pissed when Chandler lets it slips that he doesn’t think this will be his big break, so they fight and Joey kicks him out of the car on the bridge. Of course Chandler was right, Joey gets there and the troupe is moving away, shutting down because without money. So Joey works there now, dressed as a gladiator at a casino.

Phoebe is mad at Ross for something, but she doesn’t remember why. It turns out it was in a dream, he said she was boring in a dream she had.

23 - The one in Vegas: part 1

For their one year anniversary, Monica gives Chandler tickets to Vegas, and Phoebe wants to go too, and then Ross and Rachel will join them later.

Phoebe tells Chandler that Monica met Richard and had lunch with him. He doesn’t want her to see him ever again and they fight. She’s about to go to him when she starts playing and wins.

Since she’s alone at home, Rachel walks around naked and Ross sees her through the window and thinks she did it on purpose. After that, they keep embarrassing each other on the plane.

24 - The one in Vegas: part 2

Ross drew on Rachel’s face and now it won’t come off. They get really drunk together.

Joey is all excited because he found a guy with identical hands to him, and he freaks the guy out.

Both Joey and Phoebe get thrown out from the casino.

Monica and Chandler make out and play some and bet on getting married. They go to the chapel to get married, but then they see Ross and Rachel coming out of it, married.
