This one was worse than the first for me that I’m not a big basketball fans and therefore didn’t care much about that. As a movie, it was worse. First reason, the main character was not as nice as Jordan’s was.
LeBron James is the star this time, another one so famous we heard of his great legend all the way here.
His character though is not nice, I didn’t like him at all. He keeps pushing his son to sacrifice everything else to think only of basketball.
An algorythm wants him, to become famous, and abducts him and his son when he refuses. LeBron is challenged to a basketball game and starts wandering around Warner Bros’ worlds to find players. bugs is the first of course. The only nice things: the worlds, Harry P., Matrix, Dc comics… Lola becoming one of the Amazons…
The Looney Tunes’ look is upgraded, more modern (I liked the old one), and the kid Dom plays with his own designed team, and make points by the buckets. There’s the emotional, educational moment : more than halfway through the movie he finally understands he wanted everyone to be like him and that’s wrong. There’s a rap battle, and Al.G.Rhythm seemed much nicer as long as he was winning. He becomes nasty when he loses. LeBron stops playing to give his speech, says sorry to his son and that he loves him so Dom changes team. Bugs saves them all and they win, so people go back to the real world. Bugs is now glitching but still there, but then he disappears, only to come back in the humans world a week later.
