It’s not a spy movie.It’s an action movie for girls, is what it is. Boys can watch it to enjoy three beautiful girls in high heels and short dresses, but other than that, it feels a girls movie.
It’s not bad if you like the three girls, which I do. It has good music and it’s funny to see all the changes of look, meaning the hairstyles and hair colors… but really, it’s all about watching pretty girls in high heels
:-/ I could stand it because I like the three actresses and I liked the three characters and how real friends they were. That was the nice part.
The beginning is so over the top that I’ve no words, it makes mission impossible look like everyday stuff, and kinda ruins it, it’s really too much.
Not only the obligatory scene wehre our unarmed heroes never get hit by the bad guy’s automatic weapons, but first they jump off a cliff with a guy (Ray Carter) who already had fractured ribs, but then they drive a tank off a dam and what-not, it’s so absurd it isn’t even funny.
We have Natalie, the fun-loving, animal caring blond girl, Alex the studious one, ex gymnastic champion, and Dylan the crazy one who loved wrestling and driving.
Now to the actual case:
The “Federal witness protection program” is protected by a program called Halo, Hidden Alis list operation. The list is encrypted on two titanium rings and “when the two rings are read together, their codes unlock each other”.
“The head of the Uss marshal service was wearing one” but it got taken from him in Mongolia, “The head of security for the justice department, William Rose Bailey” had the second.
Their job is to retrieve the rings before the list is sold… (really? So they assume that the bad guys have both rings and therefore have the list, and want the rings back before they’re sold? Couldn’t they get the list out of the rings? You know, like on paper or computer files, both options allowing the chance to have copies?)
Anyway, they get the rings back and give them to Carter.
Dylan was once in the program herself becauses she got her then-boyfriend Seamus O’Grady in prison for murder. It’sbeen eight years and he’s out now, and on a path of revenge against her and whoever testified against him.
Carter is actually the one selling the list now, he needed the second.
Seamus told Helen/Dylan he’ll kill her girl friends so she leaves.
Alex’s dad thought she was a surgeon or something, then Jason tells him about Charlie… but in a way it’s not clear that she fights, it sounds more like prostitution the way he speaks about it.
Carter is killed by Madison Lee, an ex angel. Seeing her they act surprised at first - not sure why, it seemed pretty obvious - and the next moment they say they all knew it all along.
Madison shoots all three - Dylan’s back after talking to Kelly. They survive because of a tiny but effective bulletproof vest, and get all the bad guys/buyers arrested.
Seamus goes after them but gets killed.
After a big fight they kill Madison and go to Jason’s big night.
Alex’s dad is still confused, and set on the wrong impression.
Pete and Natalie get a puppy.
