Jaws 2 - 1978

 It’s not terrible, but not good either, for me. Teenagers talking or screaming was annoying to me, and the fact that Brody could find them without knowing anything about sailing was a bit absurd, wasn’t it? 

Details:

Two men find the ‘Orca’ boat (from the first movie?) at the bottom of the sea and take pictures, but a shark attacks them. 

Brody’s son has grown up, and the island is full of hormonal teenagers. A girl water-skiing is eaten by a shark, and her friend on the boat is attacked and dies when the boat blows up. 

When a whale is found half eaten on the beach, Brody sees the bite and thinks they have another ‘shark problem’.

Larry is still mayor and won’t do anything without proof. Brody finds the half-burned body of the girl from the boat, and wants to see if the two divers managed to take pictures. He calls Matt Hooper but he’s far away.

He wants his 17 year-old son to stop sailing, but doesn’t say why. He prepares bullets with poison and keeps watch. He shoots some fish thinking it’s a shark and they look at him like he lost it.

Those pictures from the divers are developed and he sees a shark, but nobody else does they’re very confused. The council won’t believe him, they fire him.

Mike Brody is taunted for doing what his father said, so he doesn’t, and goes with his friends to the lighthouse, and brings his little brother too.

A group of divers goes lobster-hunting, and one of them is hurt. Kids Tina and Eddie are attacked while sailing and she sees the shark. Eddie is eaten.

Hearing where their son went, Brody and his wife take the police boat out. They find Tina. The other kids are attacked too, but not eaten, only Mike Brody was injured.

The harbor patrol finds the kids but the shark attacks the helicopter scaring the kids. A girl is eaten, Marge, for saving little Sean. Brody finds one boat, despite his little knowledge of sailing. it’s the one with two guys and Mike, and he sends it alone to the lighthouse while he goes looking for the others and little Sean. He finds the others and should get them onboard but the shark attacks the rope causing him to crash on the rocks. The shark attacks the small boats, a few kids get on the rocks to safety. A blond girl keeps screaming uncontrollably. 

Brody draws the shark to him to have it bite a high-voltage cable. The shark dies and the movie ends.
